It’s my pleasure and joy to tell you that I passed the European Qualifying Examination #EQE despite sitting the C part with a Sars Cov 2 infection. Therefore, I become European patent attorney after finalizing the last paper work load for registration with the European Patent Office. Together with my qualification as a German patent attorney and European trademark and design attorney I can act officially on all legal matters related to IP (Patents, Trademarks and Designs) at the German Patent and Trademark Office Deutsches Patent- und Markenamt (DPMA) , the Federal Patent Court Bundespatentgericht München and the EUIPO – European Union Intellectual Property Office and soon the European Patent Office as well as the Unified Patent Court (even bit more paper work).
